Cleaning services are always covered by the guest and only paid by the owner if they stay at the property. Stay Today handles the general maintenance of the property, which is also paid for by the owner. However, if any damage is caused by guests, Stay Today will file all of the proper claim paperwork with the appropriate booking platform in order to get compensation or charge the guests security deposit.

In the event of accidental damage caused by any of the Stay Today staff during cleaning, the damaged item will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the property owner.

To ensure our guests experience exceptional standards of cleanliness and maintenance, we collaborate with trusted outside partners who share our commitment to excellence. We outsource regular cleaning tasks to ensure every corner of our properties is immaculately clean, and delegate specialized maintenance tasks to carefully selected third-party providers who possess the necessary skills and expertise.
