Initial Assessment
Stay Today always starts with an initial assessment for any property we work on. During this assessment, we thoroughly check the space to understand its potential and identify what is needed. We also provide our clients with design ideas and showcase comparable properties from our latest projects.
Design Agreement
Once we have completed the initial assessment, our clients can choose from one of our Interior Design Packages for Full Projects. For smaller Styling Projects, we provide a detailed quote for everything needed, which is then approved by the client.
Implementation
Once the design package or quote is approved, our experienced interior design team begins working on the project with clear deadlines to ensure the property is ready for short-term rental as soon as possible.

Can I be more involved in the interior design process?
Unfortunately, for our set packages, we have designed them to ensure your property is ready for guests and making money as soon as possible. If we need approval for every decision, it will be difficult to meet deadlines. However, for our Premium Interior Design Services, we can provide a more collaborative process.
My property is already fully furnished but needs a few items. Can I purchase them myself?
Absolutely! For smaller styling projects, we are happy to provide you with a list of missing items so you can source them yourself.
Where do you obtain your furnishings?
At our company, we believe in working together with our valued local suppliers to source the highest quality products at prices that are fair and reasonable. By doing so, we aim to ensure that we can launch properties as quickly and efficiently as possible, with a focus on maximizing turnaround times.
What if I have a specific style in mind?
It depends on how different the style is from our standard packages. However, we approach each case individually and work with you to achieve your desired outcome.
