Full-service Airbnb management in Miami typically ranges from 20% to 35% of rental revenue, while co-hosting runs around 10% to 15%. Stay Today charges 12% for co-hosting and 20% for full management, at or below the market for the service included.

Not for everything it includes. Full management covers guest verification, check-in/out, maintenance and cleaning coordination, tourism-tax payments, monthly statements, condition reports, hotel-quality linens and more. These are services that would cost far more to source separately.

We highly recommend property insurance for your short-term rental in Miami. It isn't required, but it protects your investment. You can use any insurer, or we can help you arrange one; cover typically costs USD 500 to 1,800 per year depending on size and value.
