Who is responsible for paying for the cleaning of my property?
Cleaning services are always covered by the guest and only paid by the owner if they stay at the property. Stay Today handles the general maintenance of the property, which is also paid for by the owner. However, if any damage is caused by guests or a Stay Today staff member, resulting in maintenance needs, the cost will be covered by Stay Today.
Do your cleaning teams have the necessary qualifications?
To ensure our guests experience exceptional standards of cleanliness and maintenance, we collaborate with trusted outside partners who share our commitment to excellence. We outsource regular cleaning tasks to ensure every corner of our properties is immaculately clean, and delegate specialized maintenance tasks to carefully selected third-party providers who possess the necessary skills and expertise. Our partners undergo rigorous vetting to ensure their reliability, and we work closely with them to ensure a seamless guest experience. When you work with us, you can be confident that every detail has been taken care of by our dedicated team and trusted partners.
What will happen if any items or belongings are accidentally broken or damaged during the cleaning process of my home?
In the event of accidental damage caused by any of the Stay Today staff during cleaning, the damaged item will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the property owner.
Is it possible for me to handle the cleaning and maintenance tasks on my own?
In general, it is not recommended to handle the cleaning and maintenance tasks on your own. This is because arranging for third-party maintenance on short notice can be challenging, and delays can result in dissatisfied guests, refunds, and negative reviews. Using our trusted partners enables us to maintain better control over scheduling and ensure timely completion of tasks.
