Guest Support Team
Our Guest Support Team handles all guest-related matters, from the initial inquiry to physical check-in, and throughout their stay. Available 24/7 and speaking multiple languages, our team provides the utmost support for our guests.
Admin Support Team
Our Admin Support Team handles all requirements and government compliance, including the back-end of the business, building access, security deposits, platform issues, and more.
Owner Support Team
Our Owner Support Team handles all host-related matters. Whether it’s helping with an Owner Stay or explaining a Monthly Statement, the team is available to answer any questions. They are also responsible for renewing permits and ensuring that all of the licening is up to date.
Revenue Support Team
Our Revenue Support Team is involved in revenue management for the property. This means ensuring correct pricing throughout the year and that our owners make the most money. The team amends pricing based on demand and supply, using a combination of algorithms and manual adjustments. Property Management Support FAQs
When do I get paid, and when do I get a statement?
Monthly statements, containing all reservations and payout information, are sent out before the 14th of each month for the previous month. Payouts are made also before the 14th of each month.
Can I book my own property?
Absolutely. You can book your own owner stay via the app as long as the calendar is free.
